    Olive Branch Genealogy Club - March Meeting

    Join us in March when our features speaker will be Joe Burns of the Tennessee Genealogical Society.  His topic will be "Newspaper Research".  Please come.

    Shelby County History Festival
    Hosted by Davies Manor Plantation

    The Annual Shelby County History Festival, which is held each year to mark the opening of the tour season at Davies Manor.  This event is put together by the Shelby County History Society.   Learn about the different museums that are in Shelby County at Hillwood at Davies Manor. 

    TNGS will have an information table there, performing free family look-ups.

    All activities are FREE!

    2:30pm - Living History performances from FACS 4th Grade History classes

    Germantown Community Library - How-To Festival

    Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts of all ages are invited to a free afternoon of discovery and fun. Learn from experts hosting demonstrations in dozens of topics, from raising backyard chickens to jewelry making, woodworking and more. Concessions will be available for purchase, and extra parking will be available across the street in the Hobby Lobby parking lot.

    TNGS will have an informational table there.

    FGS 2018 National Conference

    FGS returns to the Hoosier State in 2018 providing attendees convenient access to Allen County Public Library which houses one of the largest genealogical research collections available with records from around the world
