This presentation will give an overview of the three National Colonial Dames lineage societies. They include: Colonial Dames Seventeenth Century, National Society of Colonial Dames, and The National Society Colonial Dames of America. It mainly will focus on the Colonial Dames Seventeenth Century lineage society.

The history of the societies, mission and projects, and organizational structure will be covered. The requirements for membership and estimated annual dues are discussed, along with the paperwork required to be submitted. Examples of special projects, historic preservation, and grave marking are important to all three lineage societies.

Colonial Dames Chapters in Tennessee will be included in the presentation and who to contact for membership.
